20/10 this place is amazing and true to the culture. I felt like I was family from the moment I walked in and miss ma’am said the warmest “Hello!”. It broke the chilling bite of the Alaskan air from my 2hr drive up. The katsu rice bowl blessed my soul and the rich coffee made me feel like I was at home next to an open flame. I loved this stop on my journey home. Will be back every time I visit.

A different and upgraded taste of the Polynesian dishes! From the service to the food, everything was over the top & felt like home. Thank you for the delicious meal & the beautiful smiles that made me & my husband feel so welcome Ofa’s to you & yours

We got the shrimp and it was perfectly cooked and covered in a rich, flavorful sauce, with rice, and fresh salad. Great portion size and presentation. The flavors are incredible! Highly recommend!

The other day I needed a quick and easy lunch, so I went with the traditional musubi and a side of mac salad. It was perfectly filling! On days when I have a bigger appetite I love the fried musubi bowl or the pulled pork bowl.

Absolutely divine plate. Best food in Fairbanks without the inkling of a doubt. Portions are incredibly generous for the price, 3 meals out of the option A plate. Food was ordered and in my tummy within 10 minutes of walking into the restaurant. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the meal itself, often times I find myself repulsed by the food I ate after getting my fix, but Sukas quality demands that I keep going, pushing beyond my limits. Upon eating a meal from this euphoric establishment, a newfound sense of clarity is unlocked.

This is a must try! As an Islander, dining here with the island music in the background definitely feels like home! Food is heavenly incredible. We'll come back for more!!!

First time here. Their cashier was very friendly and patient as we checked out the menu. I ordered a Chicken Katsu plate, a Poke bowl, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The chicken katsu was nicely flavored and crispy. The smoothie was refreshing too. From the poke bowl, down to the mac salad/toss salad everything was delicious and fresh. Good portions! Some of the best island dishes I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to visit again.

Always amazing! If dining in just be aware the parking lot is small. But I know people can manage and we have before. I love the food here and the people who work here! My friend got me some comfort food while I was stuck at home to help me fedl better. And as always food is amazing.
